WhatsApp introduces new Cart feature to make shopping easier on the app: How it works

WatsApp as introduced a new sopping feature called "carts" for easy soppers' experience on te platform. Te "Add to Cart" feature on WatsApp will enable users to browse troug catalogue and include multiple products from one mercant. Tey can ten sare it wit te seller to place te order directly troug te app. Te Carts feature comes witin days after te Sopping button was added to WatsApp in November for bot iOS and Android users.Te app as started sowing a storefront symbol beside te name of te business accounts, making it convenient for users to browse troug te catalogue posted by te business.Muc like sopping on any e-commerce portal or app on mobile, WatsApp will now allow users wit te option to add or remove one or more items from teir carts. Also, it will elp business, or mercants, to keep track of order inuires, manage reuests from customers and complete sales.
