Vivo Nex 2 unveiled with dual-screen, Snapdragon 845 processor and 10 GB RAM

Vivo unveils the Vivo Nex 2 at an event held in Shanghai today. The phone with the dual screen has been launched for CNY 4,998 which comes up to about Rs 52,096.According to the company, the phone sports a bezel-less display of 6.39-inches. The second display comes with a 5.49- inch display which comes with what Vivo calls as the Lunar Ring.The Lunar Ring in its basic form is an LED ring that glows to let the users know about the notifications. Also, the phone sports an in-display fingerprint reader for unlocking the device.Vivo states that the phone has a 12 MP shooter, paired with a 2 MP Night Vision camera, as well as a Time of Flight (TOF) camera for capturing images in 3D.Under the hood, it features a top-end Snapdragon 845 processor, paired with a massive 10 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of onboard storage.With two screens operating at the same time the phone only packs in a 3,500 mAh battery. We wonder how long the phone would last!The phone comes in two colour variants — Ice field blue and Star purple.
