BeoSound 8 can be picked in black or white and features aluminium details and matching power cord. You can also opt for six fabric speaker covers in yellow, orange, red, silver, black and white. You can play music using the phone, media player or even computer while an app version of the sleek, slim BeoPlayer is also made available. BeoSound 8 helps adjust sound levels and also skip tracks conveniently. Controlling music on the docked or USB linked device can be controlled with a dedicated round remote control and also compatible Beo4 and Beo6 remote controls, in case you own Bang & Olufsen equipment.
BeoSound 8 comes with additional connection options for added convenience. It isn’t just meant to be used with devices to be docked, but also promises to serve as a powerful speaker for PC and Mac. You can also listen to music from the iPhone without the need of docking it using the Airport Express. BeoSound 8 can also be adjusted to its placement with the included manual position switch that adjusts the speakers’ performance, depending upon where you want to place it, be it a corner, against a wall, or standing freely. This Bang & Olufsen feature ensures accurate sound reproduction everytime with complete control over its placement. The BeoSound 8 is marked at an M.R.P of Rs. 1,07,325 while one can pick it at an M.O.P. of Rs. 85,000. It is available through the Access store at Palladium, Mumbai.
