Sony Xperia XZ2 Pro spotted in a benchmark test; likely to pack 18:9 display and Android 8.1 Oreo

This is not the first indication that Sony is planning to launch a new Xperia product at MWC as reported previously.According to the latest report by GizmoChina, XZ2 Pro, the latest in the XZ2 lineup, was spotted in an HTML benchmark test. The listing on the test has given some idea about what to expect from the device at the launch. The report highlights that XZ2 Pro with model number H8116 will come with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, 2:1 screen ratio with 18:9 ratio display.[caption id="attachment_4347521" align="alignnone" width="825"] Image: GizmoChina.[/caption]This comes weeks after a report that claimed that Sony's flagship would pack as a 5.7-inch 4K display, 6 GB RAM, 128 GB internal storage and a dual camera setup with 18 MP and 12 MP resolution image sensors on the back of the device.One thing to note here is that Sony has not issued any official statement in regard to the XZ2 Pro so take these speculations with a pinch of salt as the specifications may be different in the final product.
