Samsung Galaxy S9 may come with the ability to shoot 1080p videos at 480 fps

Now it looks like Samsung plans to one-up Apple and introduce 1080p video recording at 480 fps.Samsung recently put up a page on its website about the new ISOCELL camera sensors which offer a host of new features such as faster autofocus with dual-pixel super phase detection and most importantly a 3-stack FRS (fast readout sensor). This 3-Stack FRS would enable FullHD video recording at 480 fps which will work surprisingly well even in low light conditions, claims Samsung.Sony's Xperia lineup, however, manages to shoot HD video at 960 fps which puts it outside of Samsung's league as far as slow-motion video recording goes. In any case, Samsung's introduction of the ISOCELL camera sensors is definitely a step in the right direction to improve its frame rate and quality while shooting videos.The Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus are tipped to have Y-Octa Display, f/1.5 Aperture Camera Len and the latest Snapdragon 845 SoC.Both models are also believed to have an under-the-display fingerprint sensor but recent renders have shown the phone having a rear placed fingerprint sensor as well.
