Moto E4 Plus India launch: Here's how you can watch the event live

The Moto E4 Plus which has been teased a few times by the company over the past few weeks is scheduled to launch in India later today. The phone will be sold exclusively on e-commerce site Flipkart, while its price is yet to be revealed. The launch will be hosted by Motorola in a live stream and you can watch it as the event unfolds right here.The Moto E4 Plus was launched along with the E4 globally earlier last month, with the highlight of the phone being its mammoth 5,000 mAh battery unit which supports a fast-charging standard.The phone features a 5.5-inch HD display (1280×720) with Corning's Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It’s powered by a Mediatek MT6737 chip that features 4x ARM Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.3 GHz. The phone packs in 3 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage (expandable to 128 GB via microSD), a 13 MP f/2.0 rear camera and a 5 MP f/2.2 front camera.[caption id="attachment_382145" align="aligncenter" width="640"] Moto E4 Plus[/caption]Connectivity options include the usual assortment of Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and other options. You also get an FM Radio. The USB interface is microUSB 2.0. Interestingly so, Lenovo has also packed in support for Dolby Atmos via headphones and a fingerprint reader. Dolby Atmos on the device is akin to a software equaliser that can optimise the sound signature for more stereo separation and clarity.The E4 Plus is an entry-level device and retails for $180 in the US and is available in Iron Gray, Fine Gold and Oxford Blue colours. While the Moto E4 was launched silently by the company at Rs 8,999, one could expect the E4 Plus to be priced under Rs 15,000.
