Moto E images and specs leak: 4.3-inch display, dual-core CPU and Android KitKat

Motorola is making an even bigger budget play with the upcoming Moto E than last year's Moto G. If the Moto G hit the sweet spot in terms of price and specs, the Moto E looks like is all about showing off Android on a low-powered hardware. A Brazilian retailer has now put up pictures of the upcoming Motorola Moto E. From the looks of it, it's going to be very similar in design and feel to the Moto G. It looks like it will have multiple coloured shells, that will be interchangeable. The sides of the phone are nearly identical to the design of the Moto G. The front has what looks like a metallic strip under the display. The Moto E will also sport on-screen buttons. The specifications of the E are also as good as official. According to the retailer, the Moto E will have a respectably-large 4.3-inch display and it could have a 720p resolution. It will support 3G networks, with no word on LTE support. The Moto E, like the Moto G, will sport a 5MP rear shooter and will have 1GB RAM. The big difference is that it won't be a quad-core phone, but a dual-core Qualcomm chipset and will run Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box. The big question is what price the Moto E launches at. It is very likely to be under Rs 10,000, given the specs and previous leaks. Will the Moto E be as great a success as the Moto G? Let us know.
