More images of the iPhone 5C surface

While we’ve seen several leaked images of the iPhone 5C, the latest one from the regular tipster evleaks gives a clearer view of the design. The leaked image shows the all-white body of the device with a bright pink case. The design resembles the current iPhone, and as rumoured earlier, it is built from plastic.

Yet another 5C spotted

Another tweet from the serial leaker states - Case-Mate showing off iPhone 5C cases, with a very specific shipping estimate: "EST. SHIP DATE 9/20/2013 8:00:00 AM". The image shows a white iPhone 5C wrapped in a leather case from Case-Mate. The tweet also discloses the shipping date (for the case) to be September 20.

Most of the leaked images point at a range of colours in which the iPhone 5C is expected to be made available including blue, yellow and pink. While there has been enough evidence to believe that Apple will be launching a cheaper iPhone for emerging markets, the company has been tight lipped about it so far. Some of the earlier rumours also suggest specs such as 8 megapixel camera, A5 chip and iOS 7 OS. However, it may not get all the goodies that come with iOS 7. Reports also suggest that the Phone 5C may not really be a budget smartphone as it is likely to be priced just $200 less than the iPhone 5S.
