LG announces new range of OLED TVs in India starting at Rs 3.25 lakhs

LG Electronics has announced its latest range of OLED televisions for the Indian market. The new range features Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos  and color Science Expertise by Technicolor.The 2017 OLED TV lineup from LG consists of models 77/65W7, 77G7, 65/55E7, 65/55C7 and 65/55B7 and according to LG the range offers  life-like picture quality with deep blacks, infinite contrast and an enhanced range of color reproduction.Mr. Younchul Park, Director- Home Entertainment, LG Electronics India, said, “Our newly launched range of OLED TVs is a testimony to our commitment of bringing top-of- the-line products and services to our users in India. There there is Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos which offer high-quality picture and sound quality. The 2017 OLED TVs also feature Active HDR for displaying next-generation HDR content. Active HDR allows LG TVs to process the picture frame by frame, inserting dynamic metadata where needed. All of LG’s 2017 OLED TVs support the full palette of HDR formats, including Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma).The new OLED TV range also features a variety of connectivity features and runs on the latest webOS, user interface along with Magic Remote that offers scroll, gesture and voice commands.The TVs come in the price bracket of Rs 3.25 lakhs going upto Rs 30 lakhs.
