After garnering plenty of fans in India with strategically priced products, Chinese internet conglomerate LeEco has now decided to take on the US market. Yes, a teaser put out by the company on its official website now hints at a multi-product launch along with the launch of the brand in the United States.
The teaser reveals plenty with several products on offer. From the image we can tell that LeEco plans to showcase (and not necessarily launch) its smartphones, smart televisions, a VR headset and even showcase its autonomous car along with its IoT-enabled bicycle. The event is expected to take place on 19 October and starts at 10:30PM IST.So far, LeEco has announced its smartphones (along with accessories) and a range of LeEco smart TVs in India. All of their products have been priced competitively meaning that US brands may be in for some trouble. International brands will now have to deal with LeEco in another country and come up some really creative strategies to overcome LeEco's pricing.The company recently launched its Le Pro 3 flagship smartphone in China. The smartphone packs in the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset along with a hefty 6GB RAM and is priced at just 2,999 Yuan (around Rs 30,100).
