Guerilla Games has revealed more information on its upcoming game—Killzone: Shadow Fall—through a Q&A session with fans over Facebook and Twitter. The developers talk about new features of the game, such as a combo system for melee attacks as well as the OWL drone that will be at players’ disposal.

When asked about what the biggest change in the upcoming Killzone game will be when compared to the other ones, the company replied, “Obviously, we are keeping what is great about Killzone - we have a unique universe, iconic enemies and some great features like the hit-responses, first person cover and the melee system. But we’re also building on that, expanding and polishing those systems with things like drop-down melees and combo melee attacks."There are many new features in the upcoming Killzone

There will also be the OWL attack drone, which has combat abilities that not only allow you to make more tactical decisions when it comes to attacking and flanking, but also helps you traverse through the environments by using ziplines.

Another question asks whether players can customise their control layouts in the game, to which the developers replied that the layout is completely changeable. "The new controller feels different in a couple of important areas, and we are taking advantage of the new features and feel. But if, for example, you don’t like to fire using the new outward curved triggers, you can change that," says the company.

The company talked more about the OWL attack drone in an earlier blog post on the official Killzone: Shadow Fall blog. The game is set to be a PlayStation 4 exclusive and will be hitting stores shortly after the console.

Ever heard of one of those people who just never seem to shut up about something? Shunal is like the nerd equivalent of that guy. Believe us when we say that he can go on talking about games and smartphones for hours on end. We do manage to find some insight in his insane ramblings though, and through his moronic facade, he does seem to know more than he lets on. Sadly enough, it always ends up being about gaming with him. Or stupid, stupid puns.
