iBall Slide 3G17 dual-SIM 7-inch tablet now available for Rs 7,649

iBall has pulled the wraps off its newest 7-inch tablet in the Slide series dubbed 3G17. Though priced at an MRP of Rs 8,199, it is available online via Snapdeal for Rs 7,649. The e-retailer promises to dispatch the device within 2 business days. The iBall Slide 3G17 comes with a similar set of specs as the company's Slide 7236 2G, but has been upgraded to support 3G. The highlights of the tablet are its support for 3G and voice calling ability. It sports a 7-inch display with 800 x 480 pixels of resolution, and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The dual-SIM tablet comes fitted with a 2-megapixel rear snapper with LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core Cortex A7 processor, coupled with 512MB RAM. The 4GB onboard storage is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot. On connectivity front, it comes with support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The dual-SIM, dual standby tablet is fuelled by a 2500 mAh battery. Earlier this year, iBall had released the 3G 7334Q-10  with voice-calling functionality. Priced at Rs 11,499, the 7-inch tablet comes powered by a quad-core processor. Some of its features include 8GB onboard storage, microSD card slot, 2MP rear snapper and VGA front-facing camera.
