HP introduces new convertible laptops to Pavilion PC lineup

HP has unveiled a new Pavilion PC portfolio featuring new convertibles, notebooks and desktops. It has released new Pavilion x360 convertibles, three Pavilion range of notebooks, all-new Pavilion All-in-Ones along with a HP Pavilion desktop.The 15.6-inch HP Pavilion x360 will be priced at $579.99. The 13.3-inch HP Pavilion x360 will go on sale from May 29 at $479.99. The HP Pavilion x360 is offered in five colors along with a new digital thread design on the keyboard deck, a 15.6-inch model joins the 11.6-inch and 13.3-inch models with a geared hinge similar to the HP Spectre x360 to transition into four modes.The HP Pavilion features discrete graphics, five new colors and a digital thread design along with an Intel RealSense camera option for improved security with facial authentication with Windows Hello. The new Pavilion all-in-one PCs come with a 'micro edge' display that reduces the border thickness by up to 75 percent, along with an optional RealSense camera for gesture commands and bio-metric authentication.Kevin Frost, vice president and general manager, consumer personal systems, HP said, "Some customers want thin and light PCs for on the go while other customers want power and performance to create and store.
