Google lets you type, edit and format Docs using your voice

It's been sometime since Google introduced voice typing for Docs. Now, the company has planned to upgrade the experience by letting users edit and format the text using voice. This means, you don't have to reach out to your keyboard at any point of time.To get started, one has to select "Voice typing" in the "Tools" menu when using Docs in Chrome. You can start editing and formatting with commands like “copy,” “insert table,” and “highlight", Google writes in a blogpost.So, next time, you can simply say 'Bold' or 'Select all', and the document will follow your command. It adheres to a list of commands such as Align center, align left, Unselect, Select done, Applying heading and so on. You can check the complete list here.While voice typing worked for us, command feature didn't seem to be working at the time of writing this article. So, we cant really say how well it follows commands. However, going by the tweaks Google is known to add now and then, we are sure it won't leave us with much to complain about."For business users, there are quite a few use cases for these new features.
