Google Launches Person Finder in the Wake of Japan's Tragedy

As latest reports confirm, Japan has been hit by a massive earthquake measuring 8.8 on the Richter scale. An enormous tragedy that comes with a Tsunami warning has the world looking up at the impending disaster.

If you have a relative, an acquaintance whom you want to know about, then Google has rolled out a Person Finder: 2011 Earthquake wherein you can enter the ‘Name’ and ‘Family Name’ of the person you’re looking out for or have an informational bit to share. Google which has currently amassed a track record of 1000 persons, on last check, and will try and locate that person.
