Google Apps for Business, one of Google's popular enterprise solutions for their business customers has received some important changes yesterday. In an official blog post, Google has confirmed that now, unlike earlier wherein only those businesses seeking solutions for 'critical apps' could avail Google's 24/7 phone support, all businesses can get back to Google at their 24/7 phone support service. The service now extends to users in the small, medium, large businesses, even if their issue with the apps service may not be particularly critical.Google Apps for Business: 24/7 phone support for all

Further in the post, Google stated, "Our customers may also receive support through our web-based support portal, online help forms, and online help center. All support cases are handled directly by trained Google Apps experts." In addition to this, the post also quotes some of the users of Google's Apps for Business service, who seem nothing short of being impressed with the way Google handled their customer support services.
