Gionee plans to make the M7 official in China on 25 September. The phone will be the company's first full-screen product and will join the emerging market of smartphones which have bezel-less screens such as Xiaomi's Mi Mix 2, Vivo V7 Plus, iPhone X, Samsung Note 8 and more.[caption id="attachment_4071931" align="alignleft" width="380"]Gionee M7. In the photos we see the M7 in the Champagne Gold colour. The phone has a unibody design and features minimal bezels on the top and bottom. The phone has 6-inch display in an 18:9 aspect ratio. Given the ratio, the image resolution should be slightly larger than full HD at 2,160 x 1,080 pixels.Whats is quite impressive is that the phone has four cameras in total, two in the front and two in the back. But as of writing this article, not much is known about the resolution of the camera and its sensors. The antenna lines run along the phones's bottom and top in a similar fashion as seen on the OnePlus 5 and iPhone 7 Plus. The phone has a 3.5 mm jack, the speaker grill and what appears to be a USB type-C port on the bottom.[caption id="attachment_4071937" align="alignnone" width="800"]Gionee M7. Gizmochina Gionee M7. Also GSMArena points out that another variant of the device is expected to debut in Thailand on 28 September. Currently there is no information available on battery's capacity and the price of the phone.[caption id="attachment_4071943" align="alignnone" width="800"]Gionee M7. Gizmochina Gionee M7.
