E3 2017: Bethesda announces that Skyrim is coming to PlayStation VR this November

At E3 2017, Bethesda Softworks announced that the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will be making its way to the PlayStation VR in November this year. Other VR offerings by the studio slated to land this year includes Doom VR and Fallout 4 VR. The VR version of Skyrim will be landing a full six years after the release of the original title. The title has won over 200 game of the year awards and is one of the most critically acclaimed games by the studio.The game has apparently been "re-imagined" with "an unparalleled sense of scale, depth and immersion". The original game will be available, along with all the three expansion packs, Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn. The game takes place in a medieval fantasy setting, and users play as the "Dragonborn", a heroic warrior who can control dragons and cast spells. The game can be played endlessly because of the way various quest lines interact, as well as quests that are generated during gameplay.At E3 2016, Bethesda Softworks announced the The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition with remastered art and effects. Those who owned the Legendary Edition got the remastered edition for free. A version of the game is coming for the Nintendo Switch. The next game in the Elder Scrolls series is a hugely anticipated title, but Bethesda has confirmed that there are at least two big projects before TES 6.
