E3 2007: Mario Galaxy Dated
Super Mario Galaxy smashes onto the Wii this November.

While this year’s E3 maybe a bit smaller in size and scope there’s been quite a bit of good news coming out of the expo so far. First, PS3 owners got a tentative release date for their beloved Killzone 2 (2008) and now it seems Wii owners have got a concrete release date to one of their most anticipated games, Super Mario Galaxy. The game is all set to release exclusively for the Wii November 12th 2007, and here's a slight heads up as to what the game's all about:
Join Mario as he ushers in a new era of video games, defying gravity across all the planets in the galaxy. When some creature escapes into space with Princess Peach, Mario gives chase, exploring bizarre planets all across the galaxy. Since he's in space, Mario can perform mind-bending jumps unlike anything he’s done before. He'll also have a wealth of new moves that are all based around tilting, pointing and shaking the Wii Remote.
Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now.
