Developer Krome Studios is planning on bring the red devil (and I don't mean Hot Stuff) to next gen platforms sometime in 2007. You're probably wondering why they've decided to make this game now when the movie was released way back in 2001. Well, it's because the game will be based on the comic and not the movie and Krome apparently didn't feel the Xbox or the PS2 were capable of handling the technology fuelling this game. “On the trail of a crazed witch, Hellboy uncovers a Nazi plot for world domination and must rush to defeat the crazed Hermann Von Klempt before he can exert his evil will upon a hapless world.” Hellboy the game will feature action, atmosphere, horror and Hellboy's dose of humor. Arm yourself with your giant hand and pistol to take down hordes of enemies, and destroy entire environments a la Hulk. The game will also ship with a cooperative multiplayer mode and will be out for the Xbox360 and PS3 by 2007.
Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now.
