Online deals for Apple iPhone 4 are here; the phone still costs more than Rs 20,000

Apple has relaunched the 8 GB version of the iPhone 4 in India for a price of Rs 22,900. Some of the company's premium resellers are selling the phone for a price of Rs 22,500, which is still a pretty high price to pay for a device that is more than three years-old.The model was earlier priced Rs 26,500 in India but it was discontinued following the iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S launch in September last year. But for some reason Apple has reintroduced the smartphone in India, perhaps in a last ditch effort to boost sales and appeal to those with a 20k budget and a burning desire to own an Apple product.Currently, the phone is available only in black. Flipkart is however offering the smartphone for a little less than Rs 22,900 at a price of Rs 22,649. The phone is also available on ebay for Rs 22,750. Amazon.in has the Apple phone up for Rs 21,999 and deals and shopping site Snapdeal.com has the black 8GB version of the phone listed for Rs 21,500. The cheapest deal though can be found on Indiatimes Shopping where those who really want the overpriced three-year old phone need to shell out only Rs 20,999.Of course these price deals don't really amount to much, given that the Apple device is still priced over Rs 20,000. Also the screen is only 3.5-inches, and plus you get only 8 GB space with no microSD slot card.
