While this was expected to happen, it went almost unnoticed following the craze behind the iPhone X and the talking poop memes that went viral on social media. The 32 GB iPhone 7, which came in at a price of Rs 56,200 earlier (based on Vodafone Store prices referred to on Apple's website), will now set you back by Rs 49,000 while the 128 GB, which was priced at Rs 65,200, will now be available for Rs 58,000. The new prices reveal that the older iPhone 7 has been brought down to within the Rs 60,000 price bracket, setting a clear price distinction for the iPhone 8 and the 8 Plus, which starts at Rs 64,000 for the 64 GB base variant. The iPhone 7 Plus, on the other hand, retailed for Rs 67,300 earlier for the 32 GB variant, and is now priced at Rs 59,000. The 128 GB variants has also received a slash in price from Rs 76,200 to Rs 68,000. All storage variants of the iPhone 6S have also received price cuts.
