2017 Samsung Galaxy J2 listed on official website; features 1 GB RAM, 2,000 mAh battery and more

Samsung Mobile India seems to have quietly revealed its 2017 model of the Galaxy J2. First reported by Gadgets360, the smartphone's design and specifications are now official, but Samsung has yet to officially reveal its price.[caption id="attachment_4132193" align="alignleft" width="380"] 2017 Samsung Galaxy J2[/caption]The website reveals every single detail about the smartphone, including its special software features and the slightly refreshed design.The smartphone still seems to be made of plastic but this time around appears to come with a uniform colour scheme and patterned back. The new Samsung Galaxy J2 will be available in gold and black finishes, offering two options for entry-level buyers.Samsung has included a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED display offering a qHD (540 x 960 pixels) resolution. Thankfully, Samsung has included an SD card slot which accepts microSD cards of up to 128 GB.Coming to the cameras we get a 5 MP rear camera with autofocus and an LED flash. The device runs the usual selection of Samsung apps, including a new Smart Manager software that will automatically manage the memory of the device by purging unnecessary or duplicate data.
