New York Times site experiences outage for a few hours

The New York Times website was unavailable for roughly 2 hours on Wednesday and it is not clear what caused the outage. People accessing nytimes.com got a message that the service is unavailable late Wednesday morning.A New York Times Co spokeswoman said they are looking into what caused the problem, which also affected the company's email.The communications department's Twitter feed offered one clue: "We believe the outage is the result of an internal issue, which we expect to be resolved soon."[caption id="attachment_1036263" align="alignleft" width="380"]
