Novak Djokovic offers support to Canadian skater for Winter Olympics in wholesome moment: Watch
Novak Djokovic is currently attending Winter Olympics events in Milan and Cortina with his family. Djokovic attended a skating event which Team USA won and also supported a Canadian athlete.
Canadian speed skater Ivanie Blondin Nagy found a new supporter for herself at the ongoing Winter Olympics in the form of tennis legend Novak Djokovic who has been attending the Milano-Cortina Games. In a wholesome moment, Djokovic can be seen offering his support to Nagy and also getting clicked with the skater on the sidelines of the event.
Winter Olympics 2026 are currently taking place in Milan and Cortina with almost 3000 athletes representing more than 90 Olympic Committees and competing across 116 events in 16 disciplines.
Djokovic at Winter Olympics
The 24-time Grand Slam champion was last seen on court in the Australian Open final where he lost to Carlos Alcaraz. He has now been spotted watching events at the Winter Olympics to enjoy his free time.

On the same day, Djokovic also crossed paths with Canadian skater Nagy. He told her that he will be supporting her at the event. He also wished her good luck.
Djokovic keeps LA28 in sight
Despite being 38, the Serb has been consistently at the top of his game. He made it to the finals of the recent Australian Open. In 2025, Djokovic had made it to the semifinals of all four Grand Slams. He is still among the best in the world and giving the duo of Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner a tough fight.
The reigning Olympic champion Djokovic is definitely close to the end of his career but he still has his sights set on the Summer Olympics that are still a couple of years away.
"The 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles are far away, especially at this point in my life and career. However, I want to make it happen and compete until then," Novak Djokovic said recently in Milan.
