BJP leader Satpal Jain alleged that Mukherjee's letter and his signature was fabricated. The party has hinted it may go to court on the issue.Asked about BJP's plans, Chidambaram said, "No one can stop anyone from going to court."With Mukherjee's papers being found in order, the numbers in the electoral college weigh heavily in his favour to be elected as the President of India.Polling for the Presidential election will be held on 19 July and the results declared on 22 July.
