Even better: copious amounts of Nutella. In this recipe, fluffing up the egg whites till they’re stiff takes a little bit of effort, but this really helps attain the right structure of the waffle: light and airy, since a dense waffle can be a total turn off. To take it to the next level, serve with some whipped cream on the side.View recipe on Use Real Butter. In case you’d like to go the healthy way and use whole wheat flour, here is a gorgeous looking recipe at Andrea’s Recipes.Banana nut pancakes with caramel sauceFluffy pancakes enrobed in golden caramel sauce and topped with sliced bananas; must be how breakfast in heaven tastes like. What’s more, with just this one recipe, you can make a second type of pancake. Split the plain pancake batter and then add your favouite fruits and nuts.[caption id="attachment_11423" align="alignleft" width="380" caption="Banana nut pancakes with caramal sauce. Don’t worry about the buttermilk in the recipe, make the Indian version of it with 2 tbsp yoghurt for half cup water, and you’re good to go.Super shortcut: Use a box the abundantly available Betty Crocker Pancake Mix.

French toast Three tip to making the best French toast:1. Use stale bread: The dry slices will soak up the custard much better than fresh bread.2. Use thick slices of bread: The thicker slices will help you attain the contrast of crispy outside and creamy inside better than thin slices of bread.3. Soak, soak, soak! The better the breads soaks in the egg and milk mixture, the creamier and custardy it will become.A quote from original source:

Thick slices of bread, soaked in a mixture of beaten eggs with milk and cinnamon, toasted in a frying pan, and served with butter and maple syrup, this has to be one of our favorite breakfast dishes."View the recipe on Simply Recipes. Mango milkshake The one thing that makes the summer better is the Alphonso mango. And there’s no better way to end the meal than with a chilled glass of mango milkshake. You can add spices that complement the mango milkshake to veer it towards a direction you like: a little ground ginger for some spice, or vanilla for an even sweeter smell, or the best yet — saffron and a hint of cardamom to make the flavour of mango shine through. You don’t even need a recipe for it: 1 part mango pulp to 1 part milk can be taken as the base for the recipe, and then you can add sugar and spices as per your taste.
