New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to handover Delhi Police and Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) to the AAP government, citing a survey which termed the city police "most corrupt".[caption id="attachment_1462821" align="alignleft" width="380"] Narendra Modi and Arvind Kejriwal.
