Arvind Kejriwal's blue Wagon R stolen outside Delhi Secretariat; car was being used by AAP's Vandana Singh

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's blue Wagon R car has been stolen from outside the Secretariat, say news reports.The car was reportedly stolen around 2 pm on Thursday. PTI[/caption]The blue Wagon R, which became synonymous with Kejriwal's aam aadmi image, was presently being used by AAP's media coordinator Vandana Singh."The car was parked outside the Delhi Secretariat. It went missing around 1 pm," a senior police official said. The car was donated to Kejriwal by Kundan Sharma, a software engineer, in January 2013.Mandeep Randhawa, Deputy Commissioner of police told CNN-News 18, “We received the complaint at around 3.30 pm on Thursday after which we started investigating into the case,”The officer further told the news channel that "they are checking all the factors and will be able to ascertain the modus operandi once the prima facie investigation is done."He added, “The investigation has just started and we will be able to get more details in the further course of time."India Today reported that "(Vandana) Singh lodged a police complaint at the IP Estate police station saying that the car was stolen."The car was known to make headlines when Kejriwal travelled in it to campaign for chief minister's post, which he won in Jaunary 2014, said India Today.With inputs from PTI
