The sub-jails with the combined capacity of 450, would be opened at Soro (Balasore, Patrapur (Ganjam), Laxmipur (Koraput) MV-79 (Malkangiri), Kantabanji (Balangir) and Kasipur (Rayagada)."Construction work of the new sub-jails is almost complete," he said.
