Heinrich Klaasen threatens fan who tried to secretly film his family: 'I promise you will be on the floor'

Sunrisers Hyderabad wicket-keeper batter Heinrich Klaasen was not happy with a fan trying to film the cricketer with his family. The former South Africa star even threatened to put the fan on the floor if he continued to follow the cricketer with his phone's camera on.

The incident, shared by a user on social media, shows Klaasen being furious at the attempt to film him with his family. He can be seen repeatedly telling the fan to not make a video because he was with his family.

The in-form batter could be seen angrily telling a fan to not take photos of him with his family.

"Don't do it. Listen to me very carefully, don't do it. I said to you no. Please leave," a furious Klaasen can be seen telling a fan who was trying to take a photo or video.

The fan apologised and said: "Your team played very nice."

"Thank you very much but don't take a photo. If I turn around and you take a photo of me and my family, I promise you, you'll be on the floor. So, just turn around and walk away please," Klaasen threatened.

The South African tried to walk away but he saw that the fan had not yet closed his camera. So, he turned once again to explain the fan.

"Boss, listen to me very carefully. Stop it. I told you not to take photos. This is my family. Put your camera away," he said.

This is not the first time players have shown discomfort at their privacy being breached during the IPL. During the 2024 season, Rohit Sharma had slammed the official broadcaster for playing one of his on-field conversations on air despite him telling the crew not to record it.
