Chosen with wife, Camilla, the quiche was selected ‘in celebration of Coronation Big Lunches’ occurring over the long weekend of events. In keeping with King Charles' green environmental credentials, the new Coronation Quiche contains spinach, broad beans, and tarragon rather than meat
