Lady Gaga is joined by her co-producers, including Mark Ronson (of 'Uptown Funk' fame) for an amazing desert performance.

Welcome to the new era of Lady Gaga videos.Gone are the intensive artsy videos for tracks like 'Born This Way' and 'Judas'; the new video for 'Perfect Illusion' from her new album Joanne is all about Mother Monster singing and dancing to the lyrics of her new song.Joanne is Gaga's first solo release since 2013's Artpop and also follows her 2014 duet album with Tony Bennett, Cheek to Cheek.[caption id="attachment_3013526" align="alignleft" width="380"]

Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age also plays guitar on the track. In an interview with Zane Lowe, Gaga said the album was named for her late aunt, whose death at age 19 from Lupus really shook her family."It's everything about Joanne," Gaga said. "It's all the toughness of the pain of losing her that made us all strong and made us who we are. She is the woman of my past who is becoming and helping me bring more of my honest woman self into the future."In video for 'Perfect Illusion', Gaga stomps and sings her way through the desert and arrives at a strobe lit party, with a crowd of party goers who themselves are dancing to the music. The video ends appropriately to the song's theme, with Lady Gaga standing alone in the desert. The song's fresh, unplugged and high energy vibe are a big diversification from Lady Gaga's highly stylised videos, which is a welcome change.Tune in to 'Perfect Illusion' here:
