Kangana Ranaut's much-awaited film Simran clashed with Farhan Akhtar's prison musical drama Lucknow Central last Friday. From the numbers, it's evident that the dry spell at the Bollywood box-office continues, with a few films like Toilet: Ek Prem Katha and Baadshaho earning a large profit. In a recent interview to Firstpost, Akhtar revealed he does not believe in excessively worrying about the commercial failure of a film. “I do get anxious to know what will happen when a film releases. It would be terrible to have absolutely no emotions. But then again, there is only so much you can do. At times, it also depends on the mood of the audience," he says.Baadshaho, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan and Stephen King's It are running successfully in the theaters, which could have been one of the possible reasons for the dull start that both films have witnessed. Things, however, could start looking up on Saturday and Sunday.
