Michael B Jordan promises to adopt inclusion rider in future projects after Frances McDormand's speech at Oscars 2018

The Creed star took to Instagram to make the announcement.“In support of the women & men who are leading this fight, I will be adopting the Inclusion Rider for all projects produced by my company Outlier Society. I’ve been privileged to work with powerful woman & persons of color throughout my career & it’s Outlier’s mission to continue to create for talented individuals going forward," read the post.Jordan is the first big name of Hollywood that has publicly announced that he will be implementing the inclusion rider in his work since McDormand's speech.[caption id="attachment_4377079" align="alignnone" width="825"] Frances McDormand during her acceptance speech for Best Actress.
