Actress Parineeti Chopra tied the knot with politician Raghav Chadha in the presence of close family and friends on 24 September. However, amid much fanfare in Udaipur, it was actress Priyanka Chopra, who was missing alongside singer-husband Nick Jonas. Now, the Citadel star's mother Madhu Chopra has revealed the real reason behind the 41-year-old's absence.

Priyanka Chopra's mother was spotted at the Udaipur airport, leaving alongside her son Siddharth Chopra after the big day. It was at during this time that she indulged in a conversation with the paparazzi.

The photographers didn't stop at this as they questioned Madhu Chopra about what she gifted Parineeti and Raghav at the wedding. She, on her part, replied with, "Unhone sab mana kardiya. No lena dena. (They said no to everything. No receiving and giving)." However, Madhu Chopra also added showering lots of blessings on the newly married couple.
