Reality television personality Kourtney Kardashian and musician Travis Barker welcomed their first child, a baby boy last month in November. The star has now shared her postpartum workout routine with fans on her Instagram story."7 weeks postpartum: first day in the gym doing 30 minutes walking 3.0 12.0 incline taking it easy, no rush no pressure mamas, your body is healing, it's not a race," Kardashian wrote while sharing a black-and-white video.She also wished her husband with a heartfelt post last month by sharing multiple pictures and wrote- "To my husband, my soulmate, my best friend, my lover, my daddy to our baby boy, my everything… I wish you the happiest birthday. You make all of my dreams come true and I feel so blessed to have you by my side. I love you beyond words, forever."Kardashian, 44, and Barker, 47, became parents again, sources confirmed exclusively to People magazine. The Lemme founder and the Blink-182 drummer announced the pregnancy in June.Kardashian and Barker went public with their relationship in 2021 and got married in May 2022, first legally with a small Santa Barbara ceremony before an intimate wedding in Italy a few days later.Kardashian has three children Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, eight, who she co-parents with former husband and Talentless founder Scott Disick. Barker shares two children Landon (20) and Alabama (17) with former wife, actor Shanna Moakler.The marriage is Kardashian’s first and Barker’s third.
