New Delhi: Actor Saif Ali Khan today provoked the ire of the media when he along with his co-stars from his upcoming movie "Bullett Raja" reached late by three hours for an event. The moment the 43-year-old reached the venue of a function, organised by the Delhi Election Commission, the reporters and lensmen reacted angrily and asked the 'Nawab' to apologise for coming late. The request was turned down by Saif."I will not apologise because it is not my fault... I was stuck in traffic. I should not be blamed for this chaos and I feel stars should not come to Delhi.
