Daniel Craig offered $150 million (that's Rs 996 crore) to do two more Bond films?

Amidst all the buzz that Daniel Craig will not be playing James Bond any longer comes a surprising report — Sony has offered the actor a whopping $150m to feature in two more Bond films.[caption id="attachment_951333" align="alignleft" width="380"] Daniel Craig in Skyfall. (Actually 9974700000.00 to be precise.)RadarOnline reports, “The studio is desperate to secure the actor’s services while they phase in a younger long-term successor.”“Daniel’s the key for a seamless, safe transition as far as Sony and Bond bosses are concerned, and they’re prepared to pay a king’s ransom to make it happen," he further added.The source has also revealed that the production house will soon be renewing their distribution rights. This will bring in a lot more revenue, following which they would bring out two more Bond films, preferrably with Craig who will then pass on the legacy to someone else.Earlier a report by Daily Mail has suggested that the actor rejected a £68m offer from the makers to return in the next Bond film.Craig has already featured in four of the 007 films since 2005, Spectre being the latest in 2015. He is also said to be the highest paid Bond actor.Several other stars are being considered for the role of the 007 agent including Idris Elba, Michael Fassbender and Tom Hiddleston.There has been no confirmation on the news from both the producers and the actor.
