Aashka Goradia gets engaged to American boyfriend Brent Goble on Christmas Eve

TV actor Aashka Goradia had a hush-hush engagement with her American beau Brent Goble on Christmas Eve, reports state.[caption id="attachment_3177826" align="alignleft" width="380"] Aashka Goradia and Brent Goble. File Photo[/caption]The Indian Express reports that Goble had been planning the proposal for a while now. While Goradia was in the USA, vacationing with Goble and his family, he went down on his knees and proposed to Goradia with a sapphire and diamond studded ring.Goradia confirmed the news and shared her excitement about marrying Goble, who she has been dating for the past six months. The Times of India quotes her as saying, "I am on cloud nine! The feeling is yet to settle in. Brent has made me believe that love and companionship exist and one should never give up hope. I am looking forward to a future which is filled with happiness and togetherness with him."The two lovebirds met each other for the first time at an event in the USA in June this year. They soon started dating before Goble moved to India in September to spend more time with his girlfriend. Goble was a weapons instructor in the USA.Goradia has worked in several television shows like Naagin, Khusum and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. She has also participated in  reality shows like Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Torchaar 4 and Bigg Boss 6.Now that Goradia is all set to tie the knot, speculations are rife whether she will quit her television career to move to the US. However, she has negated those rumours as she clarified that her fiance has already moved to India so that they can be together. The couple has not decided their wedding date yet.
