ITC beats St estimates, Q4 net up 20% at Rs 1928 cr

India's largest cigarette maker, ITC Ltd, posted a 19.5 percent jump in quarterly net profit on Friday, meeting market expectations.

Analysts on average had expected earnings of Rs 1908 crore.

Net sales of the company's Agri business to Rs 1,854 crore against Rs 1,414 crore in the year-ago period.

Hotel's net sales rose to Rs 315.5 crore against Rs 286 Crore in the year-ago period.
