Stellar, a data recovery service provider took over YoData, the oldest data recovery company of Netherlands, having legacy operations for over three decades. Stellar and YoData were several months in talks about a possible collaboration. These discussions were completed last week and have led to the final takeover. Stellar unveils this move was a part of its global strategy of expansion.
“We are delighted about this take over. BeNeLux region is one of the most important European markets for Stellar. Our customers are spread across 170 countries and with this move we will be able to extend our services network to customers in the Dutch region”, said Sunil Chandna, C.E.O Stellar Data Recovery”.
