Sage Acquires Creative Software
The Sage Group has acquired Creative Software for an enterprise value of $10 mn.
The Sage Group has announced an agreement to acquire Singapore-based Creative Software Pvt Ltd (CSPL), a provider of payroll and human resource management software solutions for an enterprise value of S$10 million.
According to Paul Walker, CEO, Sage, "Acquiring CSPL demonstrates Sage's commitment to help our customers to better manage their business processes. The acquisition allows Sage to offer a comprehensive solution comprising ERP, CRM, Payroll and HRM that are localised to meet the needs of our Asian customers and broadens our geographic and product reach in the important Asian markets."
The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to complete within the next few months. Following completion the business will report to Gee Sing Low, MD for Sage Asia.
