Rolta Close To Acquiring A Geospatial Company
Rolta India, an engineering designs firm, is in final stages of talks to acquire a geospatial information services company. The deal size is expected to be around Rs 2 billion.
"It is true the company is actively analyzing the acquisition but nothing has been finalised yet," said chief financial officer Hiranya Ashar.

Rolta expects to close the deal in the middle of the next financial year and may look to raise funds through debt.
