Jagbir Singh Joins As President, Technology And Networks, RCom
Jagbir Singh was CTO, Bharti Airtel.
Jagbir Singh, Bharti Airtel’s CTO, who has been with the company for the last nine years, has resigned. Airtel’s loss has been a gain for Reliance Communications, as he is now the President of Technology and Networks at Reliance Communications (RCOM).
Jagbir played a pivotal role in the rollout of 3G networks in India as well as Sri Lanka, Seychelles and Channel Islands in the UK. He also led the mobility network team, 3G strategy and planning team, in addition to the WiMax deployment team at Bharti Airtel.

Previously, Jagbir has worked with Lucent Technologies, Nortel and Defense Research & Development Organisation.
