Infosys Technologies has teamed up with Oracle through the ‘BPO Powered by Oracle’ program, and is launching a managed services platform for multi-function HR through its Infosys Business Platforms offering.
The platform is built on state-of-the-art technology and will enable process transformation, while also being cost-effective. This will help companies streamline their HR operations and reduce operational costs. The Infosys Business Platform for HR frees up capital expenditure locked into HR technology and process investments, allowing the HR function to be a strategic enabler of an organisation’s business objectives.
The Infosys Business Platform for HR is built on Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) Suite and offers the entire 'Hire-to-Retire' processes and operations such as HR administration, payroll and talent management functions like recruitment, performance management, and learning management in a fully hosted and managed environment.
