Goose Offers Real-Time Clause 49 Compliance Solution

Hyderabad-based corporate performance, compliance and risk management solutions company Goose Technologies has announced the availability of a Clause 49 compliance solution. The new solution developed by Goose Technologies is designed to manage and achieve regulatory and corporate governance requirements.

Goose has also announced Persistent Systems, a provider of Outsourced Software Product Development Services, Offshore Software Development and Offshore Software Outsourcing as a live user of Goose's flagship product Procon.

The new compliance application will be part of Goose's existing compliance solution offerings. It will assist corporates to swiftly implement the latest and most up-to-date directives of Clause 49 as well as implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework.

Clause 49 is linked to corporate governance standards, board composition, management disclosures of material risks and certification of internal controls. The clause 49 solution is an entirely Web-based, integrated solution, which operates with any client environment and is able to provide a 360-degree view of the organisation's regulatory and legal compliance.
