These solutions provide scalable and open infrastructure that allows customers to make changes to their employee data in a globally distributed environment. The solution is designed on a 'pay-as-you-use' model that helps reduce the need for upfront capital investment that is usually associated with such HR re-engineering and outsourcing initiatives.

The combination of Caliber Point’s delivery capability in global HRO and Oracle’s HCM applications will enable customers to achieve a higher return than from a traditional HR BPO. This integrated solution covers a complete range of licencing, implementation, hosting, IT support along with BPO services.

Caliber Point’s vice president of Business Development, Neil Parekh said, "We strongly feel that this relationship will benefit customers, not just by helping to reduce the cost of HR operations, but also by standardising and moving to a single, unified platform for HR delivery, globally."
