Alto shortens the distance between you and your loved ones in its latest TVC

Maruti Suzuki released a new commercial for its hatchback, the Alto 800. The TVC is conceptualised by Lowe Lintas, directed by Anupam Mishra and produced by Crazy Few Films.
The story is about a newlywed couple who have just finished putting diyas outside their home during the festival. One diya is left and the girl takes a chance of telling her husband that she would want to put the last diya at her parent's house. The husband, a bit amused and knowing fully that the distance to his in-laws is a lot, accepts the challenge. He makes sure that his wife doesn't miss her parents during the festival. The film has a happy ending as the girl gets to put the last diya at her parent's house, and gets to meet her mother.
The film's music is penned by Gulzar, sung by Shilpa Rao and composed by Rajat Dholokia.
The commercial signs off by saying "Agar khusiyaan baatney se badhti hain, toh rukna kyon? (If happiness increases by sharing it, then why stop?)
