Sussanne Khan defends relationship with Arjun Rampal, Mehr Jessia... once again

Sussanne Khan, who recently ended her marriage with Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan, has been forced to defend her relationship with Arjun Rampal once again.Khan sent out a press release in response to an article written by Bombay Times writer Meena Iyer titled  "Is Arjun to blame for the Mehr-Sussanne friendship taking a severe beating?"The article speculated that there is no smoke without fire and all is not well in the Arjun Rampal- Mehr Jessia- Sussanne Khan friendship triangle.Sussanne not one to take things lying down retaliated to the article saying, "Arjun and Mehr are friends and have been for years. To poison a relationship such as this is malicious behavior. I have, with Mehr, earlier stated in the same paper that there is no truth to the claim that Arjun and I are anything more than friends."She goes on to further add that, "I never was and am not an idle Bollywood wife who has all the time in the world to spread canards and lies that damage relationships andlives."Sussanne since her separation from Hrithik has had to bear the brunt of allegations where it has been reported that the reason for her split with the bollywood star was because of her "close" friendship with Arjun Rampal. Rumours have been rampant that their relationship exceeded the boundaries of "just friends".Earlier this month, Sussanne Khan and Hrithik Roshan ended their 14-year marriage and finalised their divorce at the Bandra family court.Sussanne Khan is not the only star to take on newspaper reports in recent times. Deepika Padukone made headlines earlier this year, when she reacted angrily to a Times of India report that talked about her 'cleavage'.
